What makes an AI workflow agentic?

An agentic workflow combines model reasoning with permitted tools, state, and decision steps to pursue a bounded task. The design must define which actions are allowed, where human review is required, and how failures are handled.

Where should we start with enterprise agents?

Choose a repeated workflow with clear inputs, a useful outcome, accessible data, and an accountable owner. Start with a bounded task such as preparing an investigation summary or a modernization proposal, then evaluate it against representative cases.

Do agents act without approval?

The operating boundary is a design choice. Read-only investigation, drafting, and consequential changes need different permissions. Our proposed architecture routes impactful actions through explicit authorization and records the decision. This website does not execute actions.

Does every use case need multiple agents?

No. A single assistant, a deterministic workflow, or one tool-using agent may be sufficient. Add specialist agents only when separate responsibilities provide a clear benefit and their handoffs can be evaluated.

How are agent workflows evaluated?

Evaluate task completion, source grounding, permitted tool use, escalation, recovery, latency, cost, and reviewer acceptance. Include denied permissions, missing evidence, conflicting inputs, and partial failures in the test set.

Are these products and industry examples available today?

The product experiences and industry workflows shown here are designs unless stated otherwise. Source and target coverage, integrations, execution scope, and availability require confirmation during assessment. examples are not client results.
